CONCEPT IMAGE3D printing
Evaluate fit, assembly and geometry through purposeful prototype iterations.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
20 on-site 3D printers support prototype work and production series in the Netherlands. Define the application, evaluate a first part and plan the next batch together.

CONCEPT IMAGEEvaluate fit, assembly and geometry through purposeful prototype iterations.
CONCEPT IMAGEApplication-led material selection, starting with carbon-fiber reinforced nylon.
CONCEPT IMAGEFrom single parts to planned batches. Volumes and lead times follow evaluation.
PRODUCTION STAGES
Each stage has a purpose and a decision point. Batch quantities and lead times are agreed after reviewing the design and available capacity.
| Stage | Purpose | Define together | Next decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prototype | Explore fit, assembly and geometry. | Design scope, material grade and first-part evaluation. | Review the design and evaluation outcome. |
| Evaluation series | Assess the agreed process across a limited batch. | Batch quantity, tolerances and inspection criteria. | Agree the process and criteria for a production run. |
| Production series | Plan manufacturing in agreed batches. | Quantity, inspection scope, lead time and delivery. | Release a batch against the agreed acceptance criteria. |
REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PRODUCTION
Agree the material, dimensions and acceptance criteria before a production commitment. Inspection and testing scope belong in the technical evaluation and quotation.
Select the supplier and grade, then discuss the loading and environment the part will encounter.
Identify critical dimensions, interfaces and assembly requirements in the technical review.
Agree what will be measured or tested and how the outcome will inform the next production decision.
NEXT STEP / TECHNICAL CONVERSATION
Tell us the application, approximate quantity and intended timing. We’ll discuss the evaluation scope and the next production step together.
